Prices

Prices are as shown on our website. Quantity based pricing is available on some products. For quantity based product pricing quotes call us at 888-844-OSMI (888-844-6764), contact us on our website osmiparts.com or email us at customerservice@osmiparts.com. To qualify for this discount, items must be ordered in the minimum quantity agreed upon. Items cannot be combined to determine quantity basis. All orders are subject to prices and terms in effect at the time of shipment.

Minimum Order

Shipping and Freight

Orders are charged a flat 20% for shipping with a minimum $9.99 charge. There may be additional charges for oversized or overweight items. Other terms and conditions may apply for freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, special handling or shipments outside the contiguous United States. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the customer. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, customer must file claim with the carrier.

Back Orders

Due to the nature of our business and rarity of the parts we sell when merchandise is no longer available all back orders will be automatically cancelled and you will be notified.

Payment Terms

Shortage or Damage

Any overage, shortage or damage must be reported within 5 days from receipt of shipment. We will assist in the filing of claims to a transportation company for any losses incurred.

Returned Goods 

All merchandise to be returned must have our prior authorization. Return transportation charges must be prepaid and the items being returned must be new and in their original condition without any markings. All returns are subject to a standard 20% Restocking Fee.
